    Mindfulness

    Learn to cultivate mindfulness, a tool to live your life with strength and freedom of choices.

    How the class works?

    Throughout the program you will be systematically working with challenges and demands of your everyday life. It will be carefully supported by your instructor Dr. Yowon Choi, with a safe and deeply engaging learning environment that allows participants to seek, explore, and inquire.

    During the course, you will learn through:
    · Guided mindfulness meditation practices ex) breathing, open, body scan meditation
    · Mindful yoga and stretching
    · Group dialogue and discussions
    · Mindfulness home assignment with home practice CDs and a workbook


    Time

    You will attend group classes for 2 ½ hours, once a week for 8 weeks, and one all-day class. You receive 27 hours of direct instruction. There will be practice daily home assignments for 45-60 minutes each day.


    Fee and Finance

    The fee for the MBSR course is CHF 790 including all course materials with CDs and workbook.

  • Mindfulness Weekend


    Find new tools for mindful living with greater well-being.


    The Mindfulness Weekend Intensive program is based on the 8-week MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) program, and is offered to old and new students. Is it for those who may not be able to participate in the 8-week course, and those who wish to practice mindfulness intensively.


    The program is highly participatory, supportive, and structured. You will learn and practice through:

    · guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
    · gentle stretching and mindful yoga
    · group dialogue and mindful communication exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life
    · individually tailored instruction

    The program consists of 2.5 days (18.5 hours) and will be given in English.


    Fee and Finance

    The fee for the MBSR course is CHF 350.
